The Shinano Railway SR1 series is a new train that was introduced in 2020.

The 100 series liner cars were manufactured in 2019, and the 200 and 300 series general-purpose cars were manufactured from 2020 onwards.

The 200 and 300 series are characterized by curved gold lines based on the red color, which is the symbolic color of Shinano Railway.
